A Flora,
mailed in the month
it blooms.
Seven printed sheets and an envelope, built from a real herbarium specimen or a nineteenth-century plate. Each plant is chosen for the month it is at peak bloom somewhere in the world.

Every sheet has one idea in it
The plant first · then what it is for“What in you is still forming?”
A wattle forms buds in every month of the year and drops most of them. The few that survive all open in the same week.
“What small thing already moved you?”
A crocus opens when the air warms by two tenths of one degree. A tulip beside it needs a full degree.
“What in you is only waiting?”
A lotus seed from a dry Chinese lake bed was put in water in 1994 and sprouted. Dating put it at 1,288 years old.
And a board to fill
Sent once, with your first pack. Every month’s stickers include one made for the board — twelve slots, and by August the whole year is on one sheet.
A5, 300gsm, printed both sides. Year two is a new board, and the numbers carry on from where year one stopped.
The card scans
Every card carries a code. Scan it and that plant lands in the Floradex app marked received in the post — which is its own thing, separate from finding one outside.
The app is free and the pack works without it. Nothing on the paper depends on a phone.

The first packs are being printed in Barcelona. Once the sample is approved and the postage is priced, you get one email with the price and a payment link, and you decide then. No card details are taken on this page.
Your address is kept so a pack can be sent to it and for nothing else. Reply to that email to come off the list and it is deleted.
